Privacy Policy

At ReinstateX, we recognize that your Google Business Profile is a critical asset. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protecting the sensitive business data and personal information you entrust to us during the reinstatement process.

We collect information essential to verifying your business legitimacy, including names, business addresses, phone numbers, and official documentation (such as business licenses, utility bills, or tax filings). Additionally, we may require temporary access to your Google Account via OAuth or manager invitations.

Your data is used exclusively for the purpose of drafting appeals, communicating with Google Business Profile support, and providing status updates. We do not use your business data for marketing purposes outside of ReinstateX services.

Data security is our highest priority. We use industry-standard encryption to protect the sensitive documents you upload. Any account access granted to our team is strictly controlled and revoked immediately upon the resolution of your case.

We operate under a strict 'No-Sell' policy. Your personal and business data will never be sold or traded. We only share information with Google LLC (as part of the appeal) and our secure internal infrastructure providers (cloud storage and CRM) under strict confidentiality protocols.

Under UK GDPR and relevant international privacy laws, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold, or to request the permanent deletion of all business documents provided to us once your reinstatement case is closed.

ReinstateX may utilize third-party tools for payment processing and secure file transfers. While we vet these partners for security, we recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party interface used during your engagement.

As Google’s policies and global data regulations shift, we may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email to ensure continued transparency.

By engaging ReinstateX services and providing access to your business documentation, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in this policy.

This policy is effective as of March 11, 2026.
