Refund Policy

1.General Policy

At ReinstateX, we commit significant time and resources to every case, including deep-dive compliance audits and the preparation of structured legal appeals. As such, fees paid for consulting and documentation services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2.Performance-Based Agreements

If your service agreement is structured as 'Performance-Based,' a refund of the base fee (minus any non-refundable deposit) will be issued if we are unable to successfully reinstate your profile after exhausting all agreed-upon appeal attempts. Success is defined as the profile status moving from 'Suspended' or 'Disabled' to 'Verified' or 'Live' within the Google Business Profile manager.

3.Eligibility for Refunds

A refund will not be issued if: 1) The client provides forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation. 2) The client withholds critical information about previous policy violations. 3) The client communicates with Google Support independently during our active representation without our prior consent, as this often voids the strategy.

4.Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that third-party payment processors may take additional time to reflect the balance in your account.

5.Case Closure

A case is considered closed and non-refundable once a successful reinstatement is achieved or if Google issues a 'Final Decision' that cannot be legally bypassed. We do not provide refunds for 'delayed' responses from Google, as third-party timelines are outside of our control.

6.Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank, we encourage you to contact our billing team. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will result in a permanent ban from all future ReinstateX services and may be contested with the evidence of work performed.
