1.Introduction

Welcome to ReinstateX. These Terms and Conditions govern the professional reinstatement services provided by ReinstateX ('we', 'us', 'our') to assist business owners in recovering suspended Google Business Profiles.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By engaging ReinstateX for service, submitting a payment, or providing account access, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our relationship is strictly that of a service provider and client.

3.Description of Service

ReinstateX provides consulting, documentation preparation, and appeal management for suspended Google Business Profiles. We act as an intermediary to help businesses navigate Google’s compliance requirements. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC.

4.Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide honest, accurate, and complete information regarding their business operations and previous suspension history. Providing forged documents or withholding information regarding previous policy violations may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

5.Privacy and Account Access

To perform our services, we may require temporary access to your Google account or Business Profile Manager. We treat all client data with strict confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data encryption and retention.

6.Payments and Refunds

Service fees are billed based on the complexity of the suspension. Due to the labor-intensive nature of the appeal process, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. In 'Performance-Based' agreements, specific refund milestones will be outlined in your individual service contract.

7.No Guarantee of Outcome

While ReinstateX maintains a high success rate, the final decision to reinstate a profile rests solely with Google LLC. ReinstateX does not guarantee that a profile will be reinstated, nor do we guarantee how long the process will take, as third-party review times vary.

8.Limitation of Liability

ReinstateX is not liable for any permanent bans, loss of reviews, drop in search rankings, or loss of revenue resulting from Google’s decisions. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for our services.

9.Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to businesses involved in high-risk, fraudulent, or 'spammy' industries that violate Google’s core Terms of Service.

10.Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of UK courts.
